Yes, we offer our charms individually so that you can continue to personalize your jewelry as you wish.

What materials are used for THEM Paris jewelry?

All our jewelry is made of stainless steel, guaranteeing durability and resistance. Our charms are made of stainless steel, ceramic, glass and resin, for a unique and refined look.

Is the jewelry water resistant?

Yes, our stainless steel jewelry is designed to be water resistant, whether in the sea or in the pool. However, to preserve its shine, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water after each exposure to salt or chlorinated water, then drying it gently with a soft cloth.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your personalized jewelry is unique, so it deserves to be created with care:

France: Delivery within 48 to 72 hours after manufacture.

International: Delivery within 7 to 14 working days.

Add 2 extra days for the creation of your jewelry.

What happens if my jewelry is damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, don't panic!

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Send a photo and your order number to contact@them.paris, and we will take care of everything quickly.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@them.paris to obtain a return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
